Returns, Store Credit & Warranty Policy

15-Day Returns

We offer a 15-day return window, meaning you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Unworn, unused, and free from damage

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


How to Start a Return

If your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.


Store Credit (Primary Resolution)

Where a return is approved, store credit is the default form of resolution.

Store credit:

  • Is issued for the approved value of the returned item

  • Does not expire

  • Can be used on any future purchase

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer laws.


Refunds (Where Required by Law)

Refunds to the original payment method are only issued where required under applicable consumer protection laws, including but not limited to cases involving major faults.

If a refund is approved:

  • It will be processed within 10 business days of return inspection

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or made-to-order items (unless faulty)

Please contact us if you are unsure whether your item qualifies.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To receive a different item:

  1. Request a return for the original item

  2. Once approved, place a new order separately

This ensures faster processing and availability.


European Union Customers (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in original packaging

  • Include proof of purchase

This right does not apply to custom or made-to-order items, unless faulty.


6-Month Warranty

All Seya watches are covered by a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Mechanical faults not caused by misuse

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Water damage

  • Improper use, modification, or servicing by third parties

If a warranty issue is confirmed, we may offer repair, replacement, or store credit at our discretion, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
