Warranty Policy

6-Month Warranty

Every Seya Watches™ order is covered by our 6-month warranty from the date of delivery. We stand behind our workmanship.

What’s Covered

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Movement-related faults under normal use
  • Issues with hands, dial alignment, or internal function caused by assembly defects

What’s Not Covered

  • Accidental damage, drops, impacts, or dents
  • Misuse, tampering, or third-party repairs/modifications
  • Normal wear over time (scratches, scuffs, bracelet stretch)
  • Water damage from use beyond the stated rating (10 ATM)
  • Damage caused by improper handling or incorrect sizing adjustments

How To Claim

Email us with your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos/video if possible. We’ll reply with the next steps.

Resolution

If your claim is approved, we may repair, replace parts, or replace the watch depending on the fault. Resolution type is determined by our assessment.

This warranty is provided by Seya Watches™ and is in addition to any rights you may have under local consumer law.
